Chicken curry village style

South indian Chicken curry  Ingredients: 1/2 kg chicken pieces 125 ml oil Cinnamon one small stick 2 cardamom 2 cloves  Shallot 200 grams  Onion 1 medium size 5 tomatoes 3 tbsp Ginger and garlic paste 2 tbsp cumin powder 1 tsp pepper powder 1 tbsp chilli powder 1 tsp fennel powder 2 green chilli 1 tsp turmeric powder 1 tsp garam masala 2 tbsp Curd  2 tbsp coriander powder 1/4 cup coconut pieces Cashew 25 g  1 tbsp chopped Coriander leaves 2 or 3 potatoes ( cut into 4 pieces) Method:               Take coconut, roasted gram and cashew nut. Put them into mixie jar. Grind them as a smooth paste. Keep aside.                Then Heat oil in a pan. Add cinnamon sticks, cardamoms, and cloves. Fry for 10 seconds. Then add sliced onions fry for 2 minutes. Then add shallots and saute well. When shallots turn slightly brown add ginger and garlic paste. Fry them for 1 minute. Then add sliced tomatoes stir well. Seasame seed chutney (thovayal)

  Ellu thovayal Ellu thovayal (sesame chutney) is a traditional south Indian recipe. It is very spicy and sour recipe. It is also easy to make. This is a very old popular side dish recipe for rice. It is made with sesame seeds. These seeds are very healthy for our body. Its have calcium, protein, iron etc.  Ingredients: Oil 2 tsp 1/2 cup black sesame seed or white seed 5 Dry red chilli 6 garlic  Tamarind (1 gooseberry size)  Coconut pieces 2 or 3 Preparation: Heat oil in a pan. Add sesame seeds, dry chilli, saute for 1 minute. Then add garlic, Tamarind and coconut pieces. fry them till it turns slightly brown. Then turn off the flame and leave it cool. After getting cool transfer them into a mixie jar. Grind with the required amount of water and salt. It should be a thick and smooth paste. Then transfer into a bowl. Now thovaiyal is ready. serve with tamarind rice or lemon rice. This combination will be amazing.

Vattilappam recipe_ easy method

Vattilappam is a delicious and sweet food recipe. It is one of the most famous south Indians eid day special recipe. This recipe is popular in Sri Lanka too. some people make it with jaggery, coconut milk and caramel. The very tastiest method is given here. Vattilappam recipe Ingredients: 6 egg 6 tbsp sugar 6 tbsp milk powder 2 tsp condensed milk 25 gm cashew nut (paste) 6 almond ( paste) 6 tsp ghee 1 pinch Cardamom powder Method:        Pour eggs into a blender. Then add sugar, milk powder, condensed milk, ghee, almond paste, cashew paste and cardamom powder. grind them well.  For steaming:       Take a vessel and apply some ghee for grease. Then pour the egg mixture into it. Then cover the vessel with a plate. Heat the steamer with the required water. Place the vattalapam vessel into the steamer. Cover the steamer and cook for 30 minutes, then leave it cool. After 15 minutes, open and check by knife, it should not stick on a knife. Then scratch around with a knife and cut into pieces

Face and skin care:  1 tbsp gram flour, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder (kasturi manjal), one tbsp milk and mix them well to form as a paste. Apply on face leave 15 min then wash your face thoroughly, you will get glow on the face. For a bright glowing face, Take one tbsp gram flour, add one tbsp curd, mix them well to form as a paste. then Apply on the face, massage for one minute leave dry. After 10 min wash thoroughly. Healthy chickpeas salad

 Chickpeas salad is healthy, tasty, juicy and crunchy. It is easy to prepare and packed with nutrients. Chickpeas salad: Ingredients: 2 cups of chickpeas 1 small tomato chopped tomato(remove pulp) 1 diced cucumber  1/4 red capsicum (chopped) 1/2  green capsicum (chopped) 1/4 yellow capsicum (chopped) 1/4 raw mango chopped ( optional) Coriander 2 tbsp chopped I tsp green chillies finely chopped optional Half lemon extract juice 1 tbsp olive oil optional Pepper 1/2 tsp Salt to taste Preparation:           Wash and soaked the chickpeas overnight. After soaked, cook the chickpeas in the pressure cooker. It should not be overcooked. Take a bowl and put chickpeas into it without any water. Then add cucumber, mango and tomato. And then add all capsicums. Then add coriander, chillies, pepper, lemon extract, olive oil and salt mix together. Now healthy salad is ready

Instant snacks for kids

 You can quickly prepare these snacks for kids within minutes. Take 1 banana, cut it into slices and add one cup of milk, add some sugar. You can now serve it to kids Take two bread slices, spread some jam. That's it.  1 cup of milk, add 2 or 3 tbsp of condensed milk and some fruits you like, such as apples, grapes, banana, papaya or mango. These fruits salad is tasty and healthy too.
