Chickpeas salad is healthy, tasty, juicy and crunchy. It is easy to prepare and packed with nutrients.
Chickpeas salad:
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of chickpeas
- 1 small tomato chopped tomato(remove pulp)
- 1 diced cucumber
- 1/4 red capsicum (chopped)
- 1/2 green capsicum (chopped)
- 1/4 yellow capsicum (chopped)
- 1/4 raw mango chopped ( optional)
- Coriander 2 tbsp chopped
- I tsp green chillies finely chopped optional
- Half lemon extract juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil optional
- Pepper 1/2 tsp
- Salt to taste
Preparation:
Wash and soaked the chickpeas overnight. After soaked, cook the chickpeas in the pressure cooker. It should not be overcooked. Take a bowl and put chickpeas into it without any water. Then add cucumber, mango and tomato. And then add all capsicums. Then add coriander, chillies, pepper, lemon extract, olive oil and salt mix together. Now healthy salad is ready
