South indian muslim style mutton curry

 Mutton curry Ingredients: 1/2 kg mutton 1/2 cup oil  2 Small  Cinnamon sticks  2 cloves 3 cardamoms 2 green chillies 5 sliced onions (medium)  3 chopped tomatoes  2 tablespoonful Ginger and garlic paste  2 tbsp chili powder 1 tsp turmeric powder 2 tsp cumin powder  1 tsp fennel powder  1 tsp pepper  1 1/2 tablespoon coriander powder Curd 2 tbsp 1/4 cup coriander leaves  1/4 cup Coconut paste 1 tbsp cashew nut paste(optional) 2 potatoes (optional) Salt to taste  Method:         Heat oil in a pressure cooker. Add cinnamon, clove and cardamoms. Add onions and saute well.             White mutton gravy is yummy and flavourful south indian recipe. Our grandma used to make this recipe. This recipe is very  popular in our muslims homes. We make this recipe for muslim marriages and event along with ghee rice. This gravy name is called white kurma or white samma.
