 Southindian rasam



Ingredients, :

  • 6 nos Garlic 
  • 1/2 tsp peppercorns
  • 2 nos green chillies 
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 shallot
  • 1 tomato puree
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder 
  • 1 tablespoonful cumin powder
  • 2 tsp pepper powder
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • 1/4 tsp asoefotida
  • Half cup chopped coriander leaves
  • Half tsp fenugreek 
  • Half tsp mustard
  • Curry leaves few
  • 1 small lemon size tamarind 
  • Salt to taste


Preparation:

Take 1 small lemon size tamarind, soak in 1 bowl of water. Take garlic, pepper, chillies, shallot and cumin, grind coarsely. 

Methods:

        Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard and crackled them. Add fenugreek seed, and then add curry leaves. Saute well. Then add previously grinded mixture, stir well. Then add tomatoes puree, saute well. Then add Tamarind water, cumin powder, pepper powder, and turmeric powder stir well. Add hing and salt. Add corianded leaves, mix them. Keep medium flame, when starts boiling immediately turn off flame. Now tastiest rasam ready.

Healthy chickpeas salad

 Chickpeas salad is healthy, tasty, juicy and crunchy. It is easy to prepare and packed with nutrients. Chickpeas salad: Ingredients: 2 cups of chickpeas 1 small tomato chopped tomato(remove pulp) 1 diced cucumber  1/4 red capsicum (chopped) 1/2  green capsicum (chopped) 1/4 yellow capsicum (chopped) 1/4 raw mango chopped ( optional) Coriander 2 tbsp chopped I tsp green chillies finely chopped optional Half lemon extract juice 1 tbsp olive oil optional Pepper 1/2 tsp Salt to taste Preparation:           Wash and soaked the chickpeas overnight. After soaked, cook the chickpeas in the pressure cooker. It should not be overcooked. Take a bowl and put chickpeas into it without any water. Then add cucumber, mango and tomato. Instant snacks for kids

 You can quickly prepare these snacks for kids within minutes. Take 1 banana, cut it into slices and add one cup of milk, add some sugar. You can now serve it to kids Take two bread slices, spread some jam.
