Tips to maintain healthy hair.


Healthy Hair is the sign of Healthy body. Maintaining the hair will prevent problems like hair loss, white hair and baldness. Here are some tips for healthy hair:

▪︎ Wash your hair regularly, Atleast weekly 3 or 4 times. Dirty hair causes hair fall, So wash with shampoo. If you have dandruff, You can use anti dandruff shampoos. 


▪︎ Choose your best shampoo and use shampoo  2 or 3 times in a week.


▪︎ Apply oil for one hour before hair wash. It really helps us to prevent hairfall.


▪︎ Dont apply shampoo directly on hair. Dilute the shampoo with water then apply on hair.


▪︎ Use good conditioner twice in a week. Its makes the hair soft and smooth. It also Prevents tangles.


▪︎ After hair wash, dry with towel gently. Avoid using hair dryer as it will damage your hair. Dry with fan or sunlight instead of dryer. Then apply serum or little oil its prevent from becomes dry hair. 


▪︎ Eat healthy foods. Take lots of fluids. Take sufficient nutrients for hair such as amla, curry leaves, snake guard etc


▪︎ Keep body temperatures normal. Body heat increase hair fall. Take oil bath, drink juices, and fenugreek water daily. It will help reduce body heat.

▪︎ Do yoga and accupressure its helps maintain body overall healthy.

Chicken curry village style

South indian Chicken curry  Ingredients: 1/2 kg chicken pieces 125 ml oil Cinnamon one small stick 2 cardamom 2 cloves  Shallot 200 grams  Onion 1 medium size 5 tomatoes 3 tbsp Ginger and garlic paste 2 tbsp cumin powder 1 tsp pepper powder 1 tbsp chilli powder 1 tsp fennel powder 2 green chilli 1 tsp turmeric powder 1 tsp garam masala 2 tbsp Curd  2 tbsp coriander powder 1/4 cup coconut pieces Cashew 25 g  1 tbsp chopped Coriander leaves 2 or 3 potatoes ( cut into 4 pieces) Method:               Take coconut, roasted gram and cashew nut. Put them into mixie jar. Grind them as a smooth paste. Keep aside.                Then Heat oil in a pan. Add cinnamon sticks, cardamoms, and cloves. Fry for 10 seconds. White mutton Gravy (white kurma)

            White mutton gravy is yummy and flavourful south indian recipe. Our grandma used to make this recipe. This recipe is very  popular in our muslims homes. We make this recipe for muslim marriages and event along with ghee rice. This gravy name is called white kurma or white samma. White mutton Gravy Ingredients:  1/2 kg Mutton pieces 5 onion medium size (sliced) 1 cinnamon stick  2  or 3 cardamom 2 cloves 4 or 5 Green chillies Oil 50 ml Ghee 2 tbsp cashew 25 to 30 g 20 g almond or pista paste(optional) 4 tbsp Coconut paste 1 tsp Fennel seed powder  2 tbsp ginger and garlic paste 1/2 tsp White Pepper powder 1/2 black pepper powder 1/4 bunch of coriander leaves.
