Chicken gravy :
Ingredients:
- 1kg chicken
- 4 Onion
- 3 tomatoes puree
- 2 tbsp Ginger and garlic paste
- 2 tbsp red chilli powder
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1/2 cup oil
- Salt to taste
- Chopped coriander leaves 2 spoons
Method :
Heat oil in a pan. Add onions and saute well. Stir occasionally, When onion turns brown add ginger and garlic paste. Fry them for 1 minute then add chicken pieces, mix well. Then add chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala and tomato puree, stir them. Wait for 2 minutes, then add one cup of water, stir well. Close the lid and keep the flame low. Now, Cook the chicken. Open the lid, after the chicken is cooked well, stir them. After the gravy dries and the oil Seperates from gravy turn off stove. Now chicken gravy is ready. Serve with rice, roti or Idyappam.
