Prawn gravy
Ingredients:
1 kg Prawns
3 big sliced onion
3 big sliced tomatoes
Oil 1/2 cup
2 tablespoon ginger and garlic paste
2 tbsp chilli powder
2 tsp turmeric powder
1 or 2 green chilli
Few curry leaves
Salt to taste.
Methods:
Heat oil in a pan. Add onions, saute well. When it turns golden colour, add ginger and galic paste; fry well till raw smell goes away. Add green chillies, tomatoes, curry leaves and salt. Stir well till tomatoes turns soft, then add cleaned prawns. Mix well and keep medium flame. Add turmeric and red chilli powder, mix well. After 2 min Add water half cup and stir well. When the gravy starts boiling, keep low flame. Close the lid for 5 min. Stir occasionally till Prawns cooked well. When the water dries and oil comes separately switch off the flame. Now spicy and tasty prawns gravy ready.
