South indian muslim style ghee rice

 Ghee rice(thaazlchoru)

Ingredients:

2 cup Basmati rice or pacharisi

1 tbsp oil 

2 tbsp ghee

1 small cinnamon stick 

2 cloves

2 cardamom 

1 green chilli 

1 small  onion(sliced ) 

1 tsp ginger and garlic paste 

2 tbsp curd

1 tbsp Chopped coriander 

Salt to taste 

4 or 5 cashews (optional) 

Method:

        Heat oil in a pan. Add cinnamon stick, cardamom and cloves. Then add onions, saute till it turns transculent. Add ginger and garlic paste, fry for 1 minute. Then add green chilli and cashews, saute well. Then add curd and coriander leaves, stir them. Add 4 cup of water, let the water boil. Then add salt and rice, stir well. Keep the stove in a high flame for 3 minutes. Now keep it in low flame  for 5 minutes, and close the lid. Cook the rice well. After the rice cooked turn off the stove. Now ghee rice is ready. Serve it  with gravy.

Healthy chickpeas salad

 Chickpeas salad is healthy, tasty, juicy and crunchy. It is easy to prepare and packed with nutrients. Chickpeas salad: Ingredients: 2 cups of chickpeas 1 small tomato chopped tomato(remove pulp) 1 diced cucumber  1/4 red capsicum (chopped) 1/2  green capsicum (chopped) 1/4 yellow capsicum (chopped) 1/4 raw mango chopped ( optional) Coriander 2 tbsp chopped I tsp green chillies finely chopped optional Half lemon extract juice 1 tbsp olive oil optional Pepper 1/2 tsp Salt to taste Preparation:           Wash and soaked the chickpeas overnight.
