Spicy beef gravy

 Beef gravy


Ingredients:

1 1/2 Beef (small pieces)

Oil 1/4 cup

4 onions medium size

3 tomatoes medium size

2 tbsp ginger garlic paste

2 tbsp Red Chilli powder 

1 tsp Turmeric powder

1 tsp garam masala

1 chopped chilli (optional) 

2 tbsp Chopped Coriander leaves

Salt to taste

Method:

Heat oil in pressure cooker. Add onions and saute well. Stir untill onion turns brown. Then add ginger and garlic paste, mix them well. Add green chilli and garam masala. Fry for 1 or 2 min then add tomatoes, saute well. When tomatoes turns soft then add beef, mix well them. Wait for 2 minutes, then add chilli powder and turmeric powder, mix them well. Add salt and coriander leaves. Stir it and add 2 cup water. Close the lid and pressure cook for 7 whitsles. Let it cool and open. Keep it in a low flame, stir it well. when the gravy turns dry, Switch off the flame. Now beef gravy is ready. Serve with roti or rice.

South indian Chicken curry  Ingredients: 1/2 kg chicken pieces 125 ml oil Cinnamon one small stick 2 cardamom 2 cloves  Shallot 200 grams  Onion 1 medium size 5 tomatoes 3 tbsp Ginger and garlic paste 2 tbsp cumin powder 1 tsp pepper powder 1 tbsp chilli powder 1 tsp fennel powder 2 green chilli 1 tsp turmeric powder 1 tsp garam masala 2 tbsp Curd  2 tbsp coriander powder 1/4 cup coconut pieces Cashew 25 g  1 tbsp chopped Coriander leaves 2 or 3 potatoes ( cut into 4 pieces) Method:               Take coconut, roasted gram and cashew nut.
