South indian Chicken curry Ingredients: 1/2 kg chicken pieces 125 ml oil Cinnamon one small stick 2 cardamom 2 cloves Shallot 200 grams Onion 1 medium size 5 tomatoes 3 tbsp Ginger and garlic paste 2 tbsp cumin powder 1 tsp pepper powder 1 tbsp chilli powder 1 tsp fennel powder 2 green chilli 1 tsp turmeric powder 1 tsp garam masala 2 tbsp Curd 2 tbsp coriander powder 1/4 cup coconut pieces Cashew 25 g 1 tbsp chopped Coriander leaves 2 or 3 potatoes ( cut into 4 pieces) Method: Take coconut, roasted gram and cashew nut. Put them into mixie jar. Grind them as a smooth paste. Keep aside. Then Heat oil in a pan. Add cinnamon sticks, cardamoms, and cloves. Fry for 10 seconds. Then add sliced onions fry for 2 minutes.
